Creative demand scales faster than teams do. As the scope of work grew, I needed a way to move faster and produce more without sacrificing quality or adding headcount.
MY ROLE
I built my own AI creative team using Claude and Figma's MCP. These are hyper-focused agents that includes design, writing, project management, and creative direction. They've meaningfully expanded what I can produce and how fast I can sustainably produce work.
THE TAKEAWAY
The results have been tangible. Meaningful time is saved and there’s been a measurable increase in creative output. Like any high-performing team though, these agents are continuously trained and refined, growing more capable with every project.
