Building a brand world from scratch with AI

THE PROBLEM
A brand new event with an ambitious concept and no identity to match. The Gauntlet needed more than a logo. With a fantasy-driven storyline and a season-based format, it required a cohesive brand world built to scale.
MY ROLE
As the creative leader/visionary, I pioneered an AI-driven workflow to build the event's visual identity from scratch. By engineering detailed style prompts, I established a globally consistent visual language across all seasons and directed a creative team through the full production pipeline, from animated teasers to digital badges, social content, and storyline assets.
THE TAKEAWAY
The Gauntlet proved that a strong creative system, built intentionally from day one, can carry an event's identity across seasons without losing consistency or momentum. With 9.8k+ registrants and $450k in revenue generated from a free event, the response exceeded expectations and validated both the creative direction and the AI driven workflow behind it. The event demonstrated that a well branded free experience can be a powerful pipeline driver, converting community engagement into measurable business impact.
